For his size, BIG MARV is incredibly fast and can run great distances at extreme speeds. BIG MARV is highly resistant to damage, being near impervious to most forms of damage. Very little has been known to faze BIG MARV, except those of the same power level as BIG MARV such as The Thing, Thor, Abomination, and others.

Ok....in actuality, that's the Hulk's bio...with the words "The Hulk" replaced with "BIG MARV". My life just isn't as interesting.
