Please come to this walk/run...

Some friends of mine are having a run/walk in memory of their boy Porter. They've done an exceptional job putting together the event... and I welcome you to come join us on August 15th.

The 5 km eco-friendly run/walk will take place in beautiful Birds Hill Park, Manitoba.  Proceeds from the event will support the Sunshine Fund of Manitoba sending underprivileged children to summer camp.  The morning will begin with a sunrise yoga and end with a delicious organic breakfast for all participants and volunteers.

The run has been organized to honour the love of Porter Francis, our boy whose brief life changed ours forever.  We ask that at some point during the run/walk you take a moment to appreciate the surrounding beauty of the park - celebrate Porter and celebrate life.
