Dr. Walker

Dr. Walker -- one of the more notable electronic dance producers to come from the early-'90s Köln, Germany, techno scene -- released a wealth of dance music throughout the decade. Much like his fellow Köln peers J. Burger and Mike Ink, Walker (born Ingmar Koch) is best known by his moniker and has recorded under several others, often in collaborative setting such as Air Liquide, which also features Jammin' Unit. In addition to his productions, Walker also helped develop the thriving Köln scene by starting several labels and releasing the work of unknown producers. ~ Jason Birchmeier, All Music Guide
